Policy

You cannot be treated if:

> You are pregnant or breastfeeding.

> You have diabetes, major heart problems or epilepsy.

> If you have treatment previously done it would need to be faded by at least 90% before we can carry out treatment, in order to do this a consultation would need to be had prior. You can book an online consultation to confirm.

If you have active skin cancer, undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy (please consult your doctor). If you have any skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis on the face, if you take any skin medication such as accutane or steroids.If you have had botox within the last two weeks.If you have a transmittable blood condition such as HIV or Hepatitis.

 

Stick to these rules: No water, direct sunlight, tanning or sweat for the first 10 days post-treatment. The best results come from the ‘dry healing’ method. Keep your brows as dry as possible for the next 10 days as this will help to maintain better results.

For the first few hours after the procedure, dab the brows with a clean dry cotton pad or tissue. This is to make sure no lymphatic liquid or blood is remaining. Please be careful when washing your face to avoid splashing your brows with water.

 

If your skin around the brows feels tight please use a small amount of Bepanthen. Do not apply any makeup to the area.

 

For the best results, please avoid heavy activity such as the gym and the sauna- the sweat can impact results.

 

Deposit and Refund Policy:

> Due to the limited availability of our booking slots and high demand, deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, it secures your reservation, and the allocated time slot becomes unavailable to other potential customers.

As a result, we are unable to process refunds for deposits under any circumstances.

 

Rescheduling terms:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your booking. To accommodate your needs, we allow rescheduling with the following conditions:

 

> Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the originally booked appointment.

 

> Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Our booking slots fill up quickly, and we recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure an alternative time that suits your schedule.

 

> In the event that we cannot accommodate your rescheduled request due to limited availability, the original deposit will remain non-refundable.We appreciate your understanding of these policies, as they enable us to provide a fair and efficient booking system for all of our valued customers.

Privacy Policy:

We are allowed to use our treatment services for social media content with the customer's authority.
