Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Refund Policy:

Refunds for deposits or completed treatments are strictly not accepted under any circumstance.

Cancellations are not accepted, in this instance a new booking should be made and the deposit will not be refunded or re-used for a new booking.

Re-scheduling can incur with minimum 48 hours of notice.

Please make sure you are able to come to your appointment on time, prior to booking and making the deposit payment.​​

​

There is a 10 minute grace period - if you are later than this there will be a £10 extra charge or possible cancellation of your appointment due to other bookings and room availability.

​

If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, the booking will unfortunately have to be cancelled, due to collision with other clients booking times.

The practitioner will not be held responsible for any possible allergies to the products used and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are in a capable state of well-being to have the treatments done.

​​

If the customer books via external agent websites , the vouchers will need to be redeemed at booking time to confirm the appointment or be redeemed before the service is carried out.
