Refund Policy

Refunds for deposits or completed treatments are strictly not accepted under any circumstance.

Re-scheduling and cancellations are not accepted. Please make sure you are able to come to your appointment on time, prior to booking and making the deposit payment.

There is a 10 minute grace period - if you are later than this there will be a £10 extra charge or possible cancellation of your appointment due to other bookings and room availability.

The practitioner will not be held responsible for any possible allergies to the products used and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are in a capable state of well-being to have the treatments done.
